Jenny Sant
Proud Mom of 3 kids and one amazing supportive Husband. My oldest is an SOS Band Graduate and another graduating this year. This will be my 6th year with the band and I am very excited to serve the Directors and the students in this final year. I have 30 + years in Management, bookkeeping and many other positions in between. I work for Ballard Family Dentistry doing HR and Payroll and anything else they need. I love people and helping others and hope this band year is the best one yet.

I work from home as an Account Implementation Specialist for Security Mutual Life Insurance. When I am not working, I am working behind the scenes with our Booster Family - keeping meeting minutes, organizing records and helping where I can. In my free time, I love relaxing with a great book!
Tina Knudson
Piano teacher and piano accompanist for Highland MS choir. I have been married for 23 years and have five children. Two in college and three in high school.
Somchay Fairbanks
I am a Division Order Manager for an oil and gas company and work close to downtown Fort Worth. I am the mother of three high school girls: my oldest is a senior trumpet player, my middle daughter is a sophomore who plays Bass #3 during marching season and percussion the rest of the year, and my youngest is a musical theatre superstar. Together, the three of them keep me and my husband extremely busy!

3rd year with SOS Band! 2nd year as the VP of Fundraising and 1st year as Social Media Communication. Let’s GO!! Long time Saginaw resident with my 2 children thriving in EMS-ISD. Proud supporter & advocate of Fine Arts programs SOS Band, Art, and STEM. Make best friends and band family in Saginaw!

I am proud to be a part of the Saginaw Band family and truly love the spirit and community that make this program so special. I have tremendous admiration for our students and the directors who pour their time, talent, and heart into helping them grow.
I believe it takes a village to help our students become the best they can be, and I’m honored to be part of that village. Serving our band and supporting our students is my way of giving back. I encourage others to join the Saginaw Band Boosters and help us continue building something special for our students today and for generations to come.

Hi, my name is Tonya Ruiz. Some of you may know me as Mrs. Ruiz 4th grade Reading teacher at Gililland Elementary. (I had the pleasure of being your child’s teacher.) This year I have the pleasure of supporting my daughter and the Saginaw color guard as a board representative. I look forward to seeing you all at the games on Friday nights!

I work at EMSISD, as a Special Education Instructional Specialist. Hayden (clarinet) is a senior and our baby. She is #4 and the third to be in SoS band! I have been a band mom for a long time!

I am a financial institution Internal Auditor. Lexie (drum major/flute) is a senior and the youngest of six between my husband, Earl (4) and me (2). I have been a band mom and have enjoyed working with the Band students as a volunteer for four years.
